This website is operated by MZ Corp Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17351738, trading as Carqo. Its registered office is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

“We” and “us” below mean that company. “You” means anybody using this site. You can reach us at admin@carqo.co.uk.

Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

Carqo is AI search software for businesses in any industry, and it is still being built. Today this site explains what Carqo is being built to do and lets you request early access. It does not create an account.

• Requesting early access is an enquiry. It does not start a subscription, create an account or give Carqo permission to read or change your website.
• The products described on this site are planned. Describing them is not a promise that any of them will be available, or available to you.
• No fee is payable by anybody today, because there is nothing yet to pay for. Pricing will be shown before anybody subscribes.
• When the software is available, using it will have its own separate terms, which you will be shown and asked to accept at that point.

The information on this site is general. It is not legal, financial, tax or marketing advice, and it is not a professional opinion about any particular business.

• We do not promise a place in an AI answer. What an AI system says about a business, and whether it names one at all, is decided by the company that runs it. Nobody can promise it, and anybody who does is selling something they do not own.
• We do not invent facts about a business. What Carqo works with comes from sources the business has authorised, and where two sources disagree the uncertain claim is held back rather than guessed.

Requesting early access is free and optional. We use your email address to answer your request, and the privacy notice sets out what else we keep with it and why. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing us.

Please give us your own email address rather than somebody else’s, and please give us accurate details. A list full of addresses that never asked to be on it is a problem for the people on it, not just for us.

What we do with what you give us is set out in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

Please do not do any of the following.

• Submit the form automatically, in bulk, or with addresses that are not yours.
• Try to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or anything behind it.
• Copy, scrape or systematically extract content from the site, or reuse it commercially without our permission.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms anybody else.

If you think you have found a security problem, please tell us at admin@carqo.co.uk before telling anybody else. We will not pursue anybody who reports a genuine issue in good faith and gives us a reasonable chance to fix it.

The content, design, wording and branding on this site belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us. You may read it, print it and share links to it for your own personal use. Anything beyond that needs our permission in writing.

“Carqo” is our trading name. Any other name or logo mentioned on this site belongs to whoever owns it, and mentioning one does not mean they are connected to us or endorse us.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site at any time, including before the software is available. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults.

We may update these terms. If we make a change that matters, we will change the date at the top. Where a change affects you and we have your email address, we will tell you about it.

We do not exclude, and cannot exclude, our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.

Beyond that, this site is provided as it is. We take reasonable care over what it says, but we do not promise the general information on it is complete or free of error. We are not responsible for a loss you suffer because you relied on general information here rather than on advice about your own situation.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights. If you are a consumer, you keep every right the law gives you, and no term on this page is intended to reduce them.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep the right to bring proceedings in your own courts. The protections of your own consumer law still apply to you.
