Carqo is one small team. We read everything that comes in and answer in turn, and we would rather say that than quote a time we have not measured.

A data protection request goes to the same address as everything else, and is read by the same person. That covers a copy of what we hold, and deletion.

Our registered office is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. That is a registered office rather than somewhere to visit, and post sent there takes considerably longer to reach us than an email.
