Make a complaint
Something Carqo did, or a decision we made about you. This is recorded separately from a question and answered differently.
What happens to it
- It is written down with a reference, and you are sent that reference.
- It is answered by somebody other than whoever handled the thing you are complaining about.
- The correspondence is kept, along with what was decided and why, so the record survives whoever happened to be dealing with it.
- You can see where it is up to, and reopen it if the answer does not sort it.
Complaints about your personal data
If your complaint is about how Carqo has handled your personal data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner. That right stands whether or not you complain to us first, and complaining to us does not affect it. Their helpline is 0303 123 1113, and the privacy notice has the rest.
